Dear Laku,
For this case, I found that the Terms of Services in EA site that all the contents (include game image) are owned to EA only.

We both have not the property copyright of UO image and may be committed the rule and broke the law.
I have sent your site and my site to EA to enquiry what we need to regard and change in the sites.

As for this image, not only I but also the image of the person who contributed is included.
It is not a problem whether very an accurate copyright. Is the image modified without permission, and do you think that the copied thing is a good sense?
Moreover, why is even site address described as if I made it?

In fact, I contact and email to EA privacy team about your site in EA.com. I dont think so you have the full permission of modification of original UO image.
And please claim down, and let EA.com privacy team to handle this case in general.

當然.版權是ea沒錯
但是當經過vm加工後,vm也有其版權
你直接引用人家的東西
就是違反了版權,是很不道德的事
照理講,你應該要先去信問vm是否可引用
vm同意,你才可引用,並要附加來源出處
這是種尊重
你也有在你網頁上加了為你版權所有字樣
試想,當你東西任意變成別人網站中內容
假設你辛苦作的圖片,資料
都直接被copy過去,未經告知
下面只不過多了句來自某某處
但你事先完全不知情
這樣你的感受是?
我完全認同你對uo的努力,這網站內容相當齊全
但是也請你站在別人的立場想一想,以同理心想
而不是單純認為vm是針對你來的
別人也是為了他們自己的網站或uo付出的
你的網頁就我知道還有一些地方
也是引自人家的內容
當然有沒有經過授權我不知道
不過我相信
如果你能取得人家的授權再放
當你網頁多了一行:完全經過某某網站授權
大家只會覺得,你的網站真好
你本人是個相當有網路道德的人
而不是像現在這樣一昧流於口水之爭
不是嗎?

關於這點, 我已刪除了應該是 VM 的圖片,
至於其他圖片,我會嘗試聯絡其他網主能否得到轉載權

You ask Alan 正违反 copyright but you to violate(违反) Too,
So many copyright rule, is mean copy design / image / photo / logo / music / trademark etc.....
you copy UO design for your website use, mean you copy character / music / in game picture you to violate(违反) copyright too. All copyright is ELECTRONIC ARTS INC.
You just modification the colour / background .....is not original image so......you to violate(违反) too.
you can search website can find the rule.
IF alan over 90% over copy your website alan not to violate(违反) because owner is EA only
Or you pay money to EA and Registration All The World for your website~~~ just website design only....hehee~~~!!(真無知)

alan is wrong to copy you few images direct, but he he is brave to say sorry and remove picture.
